Deliver your orders, verify payments, provide warranty support, and send transactional emails (order confirmations, deliveries, ticket replies). We only send marketing if you opt in.
We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties except the payment gateways you choose (eSewa, Khalti) and our email provider — each receives only what they need to process your transaction.
Delivered credentials and uploaded keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Access to payment proofs is restricted to staff. All traffic runs over HTTPS.
Email support@subscriptionnepal.com to request a copy of your data or deletion of your account. Order records required for accounting are retained as law requires; everything else is removed.
We use only functional cookies: your session, your cart, and your theme preference. Optional analytics (Google Analytics / Meta Pixel) run only when enabled by the store.
